• Civil and structural works including foundations, superstructure, and finishing.
• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems design and installation.
• Site preparation, earthworks, and external infrastructure.
• Procurement and supply of all specified materials and equipment.
• Quality assurance, testing, and commissioning of all systems.
• Health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout the project.

• 1Valid Saudi Commercial Registration (CR) in relevant construction category.
• 2MOMRA classification Grade 1 or above (or equivalent authority classification).
• 3Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in similar-scale projects.
• 4Financial capability: minimum SAR 50M annual turnover (last 3 years).
• 5ISO 9001:2015 certification or equivalent quality management system.
• 6Valid GOSI and Zakat certificates.
